For a while (10 years) I led IF/THEN, a design studio I co-founded in Seattle. After serving as Creative Director for Deloitte Digital's Seattle office, I joined Microsoft as Design Director for Maps and People teams, and headed the Communications and People family of products as Creative Director. Following this, I led the Mixed Reality Studio Avatars Creative team, UX/VX/Art, expanding identity representation, driving connections between people, work and social experiences in Mixed Reality and traditional contexts.
Currently I lead the Seattle UX/UI team at Sonos as the Senior Design UX Manager.
HP Enterprise Pitch
Integrated digital campaign pitch for the Enterprise side of HP.
We conceived of the "IT Works" tagline and devised it's extension into business verticals. The campaign central idea is driven by the concept that IT has to just work. Unquestioningly, seamlessly and invisibly. And, The New IT has to work differently for business concerns with unique problem sets. Critically for healthcare, securely for finance, etc. This represents the new style of IT.
The campaign pitch components consisted of digitally enabled billboards and bus-stop boards, showing real-time data moving through the HP enterprise network in real time. The digital services pitch was mapped to fully realized customer personas and service side User Journey.
The physical representation was accompanied by a personalized site and a professional custom IT application, giving a unique, up-to-the-minute view into the institution's IT operations.
